Our client was in Sardis Church Road in Bibb County when the Defendant inched out into the roadway and failed to yield the right of way which caused the serious collision.  Because of the Defendants’ negligence, our client suffered injuries to his neck and shoulder.  The Defendant was only insured for $25,000 which is the minimum required by Georgia law.  Powers Law Group filed a lawsuit against the Defendant and the policy limits of the Defendant and our client’s underinsured insurer agreed to pay the entire policy limits of $150,000.  His injured his neck and shoulder in the accident.   Our client had an extensive pre-existing medical history before this accident occurred.
