Our client was a route salesman for a chemical company when he severely injured his back lifting a floor machine into the back of his work vehicle. He continued to work and suffered another back injury changing a flat tire on his vehicle while delivering supplies.
There were two insurance companies involved and both pointed the finger at each other. We went to trial and had a hearing before the administrative law judge. Our client had back surgery. The Court ruled in our client’s favor and ordered one of the insurance companies to pay weekly benefits and his medical bills. The case was successfully resolved for $90,000.
