Our client’s foot was crushed by an outrigger post extending from a utility truck.  The post pushed his foot into the earth and caused severe injuries which required multiple surgeries on his foot.  He then needed a spinal cord stimulator for his lower back due to him developing reflex sympathetic dystrophy because of the chronic pain in his back, leg and foot.   We settled the case for $226,841.
